We say that it still features Windows 7, because we’re shocked that this tablet can boot up as quickly as it does, considering it’s stuffed with a full Operating System. But, in all honesty, that’s just one reason why we’re so excited to see the ExoPC up and running, with a video that will make you want your own in no time.
